Instructor - adult education (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Junction Medical is a Rochester company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
