Instructor - adult education (Reno, NV)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
