Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
