Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cedar Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
