Instructor - adult education (remote)

Fernwood Health runs classrooms and tutoring across the Louisville area, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
