Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
