Instructor - adult education (remote)

Silverline Beacon Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
