Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
