Instructor - adult education (remote)

Silverline Thistle Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
