Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
