Instructor - adult education (remote)

Cedar Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Toledo region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
