Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
