Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Corner Medical is a Spokane company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
