Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Inspection Services Associates and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
