Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Amber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
