Instructor - adult education (remote)

Lumen Juniper Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
