Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Omaha caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
