Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cobalt Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
