Instructor - adult education (remote)

Cedar Meridian Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
