Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
