Instructor - adult education (remote)

Nova Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Knoxville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
