Instructor - adult education (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
