Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
