Instructor - adult education (remote)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group is an education provider in Minneapolis serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
