Instructor - adult education (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
