Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
