Instructor - adult education (remote)

Summit Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
