Instructor - adult education (remote)

Lumen Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Wichita with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
