Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
