Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
