Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
