Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
