Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
