Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
