Instructor - adult education (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Care Services supports families and individuals in Dallas with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
