Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
