Instructor - adult education (remote)

Cedar Vista Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
