Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
