Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
