Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Summit Staffing places workers with employers around Dallas, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
