Instructor - adult education (remote)

Fernwood Birch Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
