Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
