Instructor - adult education (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
