Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
