Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Medical is a Boston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
