Instructor - adult education (remote)

Redstone Summit Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
