Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Tampa serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
