Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
