Instructor - adult education (remote)

Clearpath Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charlotte. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
