Instructor - adult education (remote)

Northwind Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Reno. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
